  • 4 rosemary sprigs, torn
  • 4 thyme sprigs, torn
  • 50g mixed nuts
  • 2tbsp Smoked Pear bitters
  • 3 tbsp Highbank Orchard syrup (maple will also do)
  • Soda bread/sourdough
