Popular in Hong Kong and Singapore, widely regarded as non alcoholic even though the bitters contain alcohol.
- 100ml Ginger Ale
- 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters (could substitute a split of Orange and Smoked Pear in the Autumn)
- Lime Juice/Lime cordial
- Ice
- lime wedge
Fill a tall glass with ice
Pour in ginger ale, lime, and top with bitters and a lime wedge.
Enjoy on a hot day!
